Introduction to Engine Stop Motor

Engine Stop motor is used to cut the diesel to engine or open the diesel to engine. This moptor open the deisel to diesel pump when the switched the ignition to on position and cut the diesel off when the ignition switch turned to off position.

How Engine Stop motor Works?

When the ignition switched is turned to on position it opens the diesel to diesel pump and when turn key to start position it start the engine, when you turned off the switch it close the diesel supply to engine so engine gets stop in approximately 1.5 seconds.

In top of post image i have fugired the wire with number

1. Wire blue with yellow boarder is going to ignition switch having (+) when the switched is on position it have + taking form the motor switch

2. Wire blue with white boarder is also going to switch having (+) when the switched is on off position it have + taking from the motor switch

3. It have the (+) from the fuse box, This wire is comming from fuse box with text of fuse (engine Stop or like this) this wire is a direct current from battery to fuse and goes to motor.

4. Forth wire is black and it have ground from the body this remain constant all the time.

5. Fifth is a blue wire it is a motor wire, it also goes to switch and it get (+) from the Blue yellow and blue white wire on the switch condition.

How the motor circuit Works

Motor circuit which is used to switched to move current to blue yellow and blue white, when the engine stop motor is in on position it connect the blue red wire to blue yellow wire and when it is on off position it connect the blue red wire to blue white wire.
